Encouraged by this success, IEEE Photonics Society Bangladesh Chapter is going to organize 2026 2nd IEEE International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking (QPAIN), Sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society and to be held at Rangpur, Bangladesh on 16-18 April 2026. QPAIN aims to serve as an excellent platform for students, academicians, and professionals who are committed to advancing research and innovations in Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Networking, Security, Algorithms, Energy Systems, Robotics, Electronics, Signal Processing and allied fields from various universities, research institutes, and industries to share their ideas, discuss recent developments, and collaborate with eminent researchers and academicians. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion at IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
